International Orders

With certain restrictions, international orders will be shipped by Express Mail Service at the lowest available rate. All foreign duties are to be paid by the customer. Make check payable in U.S. dollars to Somewhere In Time.

Layaway

Layaway is available. Our policy is 20% down, 90 day limit, cancellation of layaway 7 days or more after original date of sale will result in loss of deposit. We will e-mail you when we receive checks and keep you informed of your remaining bill, or we will bill your credit card if you prefer.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs shown are for the Continental US only. All other locations should contact us for accurate shipping costs, or a reasonable shipping cost will be added to your order. Most orders shipped UPS, so please include a street address, rather than a P.O. Box number. Next Day Air and Two Day Mail is available at an additional cost. In-stock items shipped within 1-7 business days of processed payment.

Damages and Returns

Somewhere In Time must be notified of damages or errors within 72 hours of receipt of goods. You must keep all packing materials for UPS inspection. There are no refunds or returns on Special Orders. Upper Deck Authenticated items may be returned and credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase. The items must be received within 7 days of receipt of product. All other products come with a 7 day Money Back Guarantee. All autographs with the SWIT Sports certificate carry a lifetime guarantee of authenticity, all others depend on the policies of the authenticator or company. This Money Back Guarantee is for the merchandise only. All shipping and handling costs both ways are your responsibility. Returns will be accepted for unautographed photos. If you are dissatisfied, the item(s) may be returned within seven days of receipt for a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. Nothing will be accepted after this deadline. Returns will be accepted for sports cards or starting line-ups. If you are dissatisfied, the item(s) may be returned within seven days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Nothing will be accepted after this deadline. The cards or starting line-ups are shipped in a holder with a security sticker. Any card or starting line-ups in which the security sticker has been tampered with or removed will not be accepted for return. We act as a distributor for Upper Deck, Wilson, and CAC (Acrylic Display Company). If they have the product you ordered in stock, we will bill your credit card, and you will receive the product directly from them. You may be billed 1-2 weeks before your product arrives, or up to six weeks if it is a special order. No refunds or returns on special orders. All returned CAC products are subject to a 15% restocking fee and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product. All Full-Size Replica & Full Size Helmets are special ordered - Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product. You will be notified of any products that cannot be delivered within 30 days. All returns shipping both ways is customer's responsibility.

Back Orders

This refers to items not available at time of shipment. All out of stock merchandise will be shipped immediately after arrival from the manufacturer. Back ordered items will not be billed to your credit card until after they have been shipped. We will call or e-mail you if an item you have purchased is on back order or if the item you ordered will take longer than 14 working days until you receive it. If you have a question or problem , please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us.

Our Site Name

The reason behind naming our site www.switsport.com is to abbreviate our name, Somewhere In Time Sports, to a simpler format. Therefore, we shortened Somewhere In Time To SWIT and added SPORT to the end. We hope this helps you remember our site, the place to shop for Sports Memorabilia and Photos!
