International Orders |
|
|
With certain restrictions, International orders
will be shipped by Express Mail Service at the lowest available rate. All
foreign duties are to be paid by the customer. Make check payable in U.S.
dollars to Somewhere In Time. |

Layaway |
|
|
Layaway is available. Our policy is 20%
down, 90 day limit, cancellation of layaway 7 days or more after
original date of sale will result in loss of deposit. We will e-mail
you when we receive checks and keep you informed of your remaining
bill, or we will bill your credit card if you prefer.

Residential |

Customer is responsible for all
shipping/handling costs. Prices shown are for the Continental U.S.
only. All other locations should contact us for accurate shipping
costs, or a reasonable s/h cost will be added to your order.
Most orders are shipped via UPS therefore we MUST have a
valid Street address NOT a P.O. Box (UPS will not ship to a P.O.
Box).
Express Delivery (Next-Day Air, 2-Day Air, etc.) is available for
an additional fee. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-7 days
of processed payment. |

Shipping -
Business |
|
|
Customer MUST include Name of Business and
ALL applicable information such as Suite & Floor #. All fees UPS
charges for incomplete information and/or forwarding of delivery will be
the customers responsibility. |

Returns |
|
|
You must have an RMA
number to return items. Please call us 1-800-731-3068 and have
your invoice ready for reference. If product is returned without an RMA
number, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. There will be a
20% restocking fee applied to Display Cases. Customer is
responsible for all shipping/handling costs BOTH ways. Item(s) MUST
be retuned within 14 DAYS of receipt of merchandise. Nothing
will be accepted after this deadline.
Items such as cards and/or Starting Lineups will not be accepted if
attached security sticker has been tampered with or removed.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on Unsigned Photos OR Special Orders
(example: Custom Display Cases). |

Damages |
|
|
If you receive a damaged item please call us
1-800-731-3068 for an RMA number. Somewhere in Time Sports must
be notified within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise.
Customer must keep all packing materials for UPS inspection.
Replacement item(s) will be shipped at no additional cost. |

Back
Orders |
|
|
This refers to items not available at time of
order. All out of stock merchandise will be shipped immediately after
arrival from the manufacturer. Back ordered items will not be billed to
your credit card until after they have been shipped. We will call or
e-mail you if an item you have purchased is on back order or if the item
you ordered will take longer than 14 working days until you receive it. If
you have a question or problem , please do not hesitate to call or e-mail
us. |
